Authors and vendors participating in The Story Room Collective consignment program agree to all terms outlined in their signed consignment agreement. The Story Room Collective reserves the right to modify consignment terms with reasonable notice to all active participants.
EVENT LIABILITY & PHOTO RELEASE
By attending any event hosted by The Story Room Collective you agree to the following:
Liability Release: You acknowledge and accept the risks of participation and release The Story Room Collective, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from your attendance.
Photo Release: By attending you grant The Story Room Collective the right to use photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes including social media, website content, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform us in advance.
