SHIPPING POLICY The Story Room Collective

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our community.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

LOCAL PICKUP

Prefer to skip shipping? Choose local pickup at checkout and collect your order at:

You will have up to two weeks to collect your order. After two weeks unclaimed orders will be returned to inventory and no refund will be granted. We will do our best to remind you before that window closes.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us at thestoryroomcollective@gmail.com.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or your package appears to be lost, contact us within 7 days at thestoryroomcollective@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that once a package leaves our hands we are not responsible for carrier delays or losses  however we will always do our best to advocate for you.

We are a small Latina-owned indie bookstore and every order means the world to us. We pack every package with care and intention. If something ever isn't right please reach out we are real people and we genuinely want you to love what you receive.
